  • Account Information: When you sign in via Google or X (Twitter) OAuth, we receive your email address, display name, and avatar URL from the authentication provider.
  • Chart Screenshots: When you request an AI analysis, the extension captures a screenshot of the visible trading chart on your current page. These screenshots are sent to our servers solely for AI processing.
  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the service, including analysis request types, credit consumption, and feature interactions, to improve our product.
  • Payment Information: Payment data (credit card numbers, billing addresses) is collected and processed exclusively by Whop. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
  • Technical Data: Browser language preference and timezone, used to personalize your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the AI chart analysis service.
  • Process your analysis requests and manage your credit balance.
  • Improve and optimize our AI models and product features.
  • Communicate with you about your account, transactions, or support requests.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Whop: For payment processing.
  • AI Service Providers: Chart screenshots are sent to third-party AI providers for analysis. Screenshots are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored by these providers.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

  • Chart screenshots are processed for AI analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers.
  • Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
  • Analysis history and credit transaction records are retained for accounting and support purposes.
  • Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
